YUMO- {{Orchard Chicken Salad}}

Its super fun having my sister over and visiting. We have had fun thrift shopping, hitting garage sales, playing with the kiddos, chatting, and making some yummy dishes. This is one of the dishes we made together. Its perfect for spring and summer, when you don't want anything to heavy.

{Orchard Chicken Salad} this serves approx. 15
Ingredients/ Directions
3 rinsed and chopped celery stalks.
3 apples rinsed chopped, 2 red apples 1 green.
5 c. of red and green ripe grapes. Slice half of your grapes in half, leave the others full.
1 1/2 boxes of bow tie pasta cooked, rinsed, and drained. Then I drizzle about tbsp. of olive oil throughout the noodles.
1 1/2 rotisserie chickens pulled and shredded (you could cook 5 boneless chicken breasts and shred them)
1 1/2 bottle of coleslaw dressing
1 med. container of cashews

Mix all of the following together, combining everything evenly. Season to liking with salt, pepper, onion flake.

This recipe is really easy, just cutting shredding and mixing. The seasonings again just eyeball and taste to your liking.

Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least and hour or more. Serve with croissants or rolls.

ENJOY!
HAPPY SPRING TIME- xo jen
