Country Crock and Rustic Herb Vegetables With a Tablescape Giveaway

Hello Friends-

Today I am sharing a simple Thanksgiving side dish. You can use this simple side dish at any of your dinner time meals. I love a good "flavorful" veggie dish. I also love Thanksgiving and look forward to that fun time with family, reminiscing on the past, sharing stories  laughing, feeling all that love and warmth you feel, and of course getting full on all kinds of food. You don't have to fill up and get "STUFFED" ha ha ha! but for me its really hard when my mom makes a mean dressing, turkey, killer rolls, and delicious pumpkin pie. I guess if I have a veggie side on the table and get some of those in, perhaps I won't "hopefully" feel so bad. I know there are lots of green bean casserole dishes with different spines on it out there, but I didn't want to make that. This veggie side dish is just as good, and dang DANG easy to make too. 

So here is how I made it- my Country Crock and Rustic Herb Veggies. First I took some Birds Eye California Blend veggies and heated up my skillet with some sprayed veggie spray, I added in about 31/2 cups of the veggie blend. I seasoned it with this KILLER amazing seasoning called rustic herb seasoning from Tastefully Simple. I gave the veggies a couple shakes of the seasoning blend. I then used a great substitute from butter and used a good 2 tbsp of Country Crock. The Country Crock spread I used is much healthier then butter, has calcium in it, and 0g of trans fat. Again its a great substitute from butter. Plus Veggies help complete a well-rounded, better-for-you Thanksgiving meal, and Country Crock helps make them even more delicious.
