Devils Chocolate Raspberry filled Cake!

Hello friends, today I am sharing a YUMMY SWEET treat you can make for your Valentine, or anyone that you love.

I wanted to make a yummy chocolate cake in the the cute white Valentine ramekins I found at Target in the dollar section.

I new chocolate cake was going to be a must.. "Devils Chocolate Food Cake" that is. However, I wanted to step it up a notch, so I found some yummy raspberry cake filling in the baking section at the grocery store. I new that would be a perfect addition, plus its very festive for Valentines. WIN WIN!!!

Directions:

I simply followed the cake mix directions, and got the mix all prepared and set aside. I buttered my ramekins really well and dusted them lightly with some flour. I filled the bottom of my ramekins with a good bit of the cake mix first. Then I added in a  generous tbsp. of raspberry filling on top. I finished the ramekins with another good spoon full or two of more chocolate cake mix. I placed the ramekins into a 13 x 9 baking dish and baked them at 265 for approx.  25-28 min. just check them around 25 mins. the center should be a tad wet/moist. I finished them by lightly dusting the tops with some powdered sugar. (with the rest of the cake mix I made some raspberry filled chocolate cupcakes, coming up in a later post.)

HOLY COW- these WERE MOIST, and SO DELICIOUS!
The Raspberry filling was the perfect addition. YUM!!!

YEAH' it was that good!
Me and my Ryk shared one ramekin, but I was good and only had "3" bites, I let him eat the rest.

IT WAS A HIT, HOME RUN, SCORE, SLAM DUNK!
