Embellished School Supplies using Duck Tape® Plus Giveaway

I just have to say {DUDE!} ….. “DUDE” (i grew up with big brothers) Duck Tape® rocks! Its so not boring anymore, nor has it been. There are so many awesome patterns and colors now a days, that I had a hard time selecting what Duck Tape® I wanted. However, once I figured out what I was going to do with it, then I selected my favs. I seriously think Duck Tape® is the best thing ever. If you have an xacto knife/blade, a cutting mat, and a ruler you will be prepared to cut and make anything you want with Duck Tape®. Your kids will love it too! mine sure do.
So its back to school with my kids next week and I new that I wanted to “personalize” some of their back to school supplies. What better way to do that, then with Duck Tape®. WOOOOT! So I headed to Walmart and found all my supplies as well as Duck Tape®. Yup’ buy Duck Tape at Walmart . Then I headed home and got busy.
There’s really no wrong or right way to do this project. Basically you are just going to cut your Duck Tape® any size and length you want and then tack it down onto your kids school supplies. You can really get creative and cut out shapes (i eye balled the hearts) and even make rosettes and all kinds of fun things. Just be creative and make “embellish” your kids school supplies (or let them make them) they way you or they like it. Its that simple and easy and oh’-so-fun.
Plus note that you can make some really fun stuff for your kids and back to school. Heck’ if you are really creative and have the skills.. you can make them back packs! or pencil cases, purses, wrap pencils in Duck Tape®. The creativity is endless, just have fun and play with it.
